Zaterdag 13 juli 2019 wordt voor de eerste keer de Doetse Triathlon georganiseerd. Samen met GiGa Giessenlanden en Extrarunning organiseert openluchtzwembad de Doetsekom deze 1/8ste triathlon. Een achtste triathlon bestaat uit 500 meter zwemmen, 20 kilometer fietsen en 5 kilometer hardlopen, dit alles om en bij de Doetsekom in Giessenburg.
